Your barangay's number
Your barangay hall is often the closest help. We list a barangay's number only when we can show where it was published. Know one? Send it to us with a link, or a photo of the posted notice.
Numbers change. If one here does not work, tell us and call 911. Brownout is not an emergency service and cannot take emergency calls.
